If you are able to provide it to them, then something may happen. It is likely that most of the immigrants that work there are from the European 'Union'. The downside of which is several member countries have an average wage at around 20% of our own. Obviously their young and active people will travel in order to earn a relative fortune doing menial tasks. A consequence of that is the slow reduction in wages which force our own citizens out of such jobs given the real-world overheads that us natives have.
