Racist outbursts would of course be described by me as racist,  seems to me you wouldn't even know you had done it as according to you Racism is just something made up by brain washed snowflakes. Tell me, do you use the N word? and if so do you do it in public, and if so do you use it in front of black people?

p.s why do you presume I am white?

Best press the ignore button Dave, the guy's a tool - sorry tools are usefull !

Really?  I state fact and you call me a tool.  You spout shite and consider it ok?  You try to pass fiction as fact,  you claim that racism doesnt exist and is the invention of brainwashed snowflakes.   Any idea how stupid, bigoted and plain dumb you sound?  Probably not but then again   you never do.

Yes but does it imply that any straying from a manifesto as such could be termed as misconduct in public office ? Us voters know we have been lied to for years by all political parties.

get yourself some legal representation, some balls and a load of dosh and give it a try.

Following on from the private  prosecution  brought against our esteemed Mr Johnson  , will it also mean than any politician can be held accountable for any statement made which is not carried out to the letter ? A PM or even a political party could even be held accountable for failing to carry out it's manifesto to the letter.

What come across to me is nothing more than mud slinging against a prospective PM from an agent of the Remain side which was no less guilty of romantic fiction during the referendum campaign.

If you perform an act of misconduct when in office it is a criminal offence.  This is what he is charged with and no amount of hair fluffing and harrumping can make this one go away .

I genuinely don't believe i have intentionally made any racist slurs on here PJ & can only apologise if i have inadvertently done so. I have certainly had no feedback from the admins on such a matter.

Davy51,  here I absolutely believe you as at the time Admin performed extremely poorly in my opinion,  which is sad as they are normally on the ball.

p.s.  I did let my displeasure be known.

  7. and that's just up to now on consultants.  Let's fund our NHS instead eh! Alexander B. de Pfeffel

although Saint Nigel the Honest, man of the people,  believes we should scrap the NHS in favour of an insurance based system as he would see a better return on his investment, I wonder if this belief came before or after the NHS saved his miserable life after his plane crash?

Quick, bring me a bus and a spray gun .,

That would be because the offence is triable only on indictment. The decision of the 23rd stated that there was prima facie evidence of an offence. The finding that the action is not vexatious was described thus

"I accept the defence submission that when the applicant commenced his consideration of whether to bring a private prosecution against the proposed defendant, some three years ago, there may have been a political purpose to these proceedings. However, the information for the summons was laid on the 28th February 2019 and that argument in my view is no longer pertinent."

For information the prosecution is being brought by a company called "Brexit Justice Limited"

The decision can be found here: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Ball-v-Johnson-FV-290519.pdf

    LOCK HIM UP ;)

Of course, my contempt for you isn't described as "racist" because presumably your white, but the same contempt applied to an ethnic, would immediately be described as racist by your lot.

If you said I have contempt for that man, I would accept it as a valid comment, if you said I hate (insert ethnic/racial/sexual orientation here) I would find you repulsive.
