Milky Posted May 31, 2017 Report Share Posted May 31, 2017 I recently got a notice from the operators of the car park at Warrington Hospital issuing a fine as I had not paid for car park. I have but it seems I entered the registration number wrongly - I was in a rush, small keyboard... It took High View Parking three weeks to issue the fine and it was nearly four weeks before I received the notice, by which time I would have tidied out my car at least once and normally thrown out the receipt by then, on this occasion becaUse I had been away I had not.
