observer
Seems we're well and truly in the digital age, where most youngsters are welded to their cell phones and commuters etc. But for the digital dinasaurs, contact with the Council can become a confusing nightmare. Whilst young relatives can help, and even some Council Staff; for many older grumpies, the transfer from pen and paper, to keyboard can be a bridge too far, causing them not to bother. So, could it be, that some older folk are now not claiming benefits they are entitled to, simply because of the digital obstacles they face?
