Dizzy Posted April 16, 2014 Report Share Posted April 16, 2014 The actual English Heritage listing descriptions say the same dates as Evils said for both pubs.I always thought the Barley Mow was the oldest but I'm sure I read somewhere recently after the question was raised that it wasn't but I can't for the life of me remember where I read or found it now.Going from the listing though I'd still say Barley Mow if we are talking actual original (part) building and not just pub name and/or new building.Clear as mud ?
